Abstract: Let M be the semidirect product group of the 
additive group of 2-by-2 upper triangular matrices T(n)
with integer entries modulo n by the the multiplicative 
group T*(n) of all invertible matrices in T(n). In this
paper, we construct the irreducible representations of 
M and count the number of 1-dimensional representations
of M.
