Title: The Broue conjecture for the faithful blocks of 4.M22

Abstract:  Construction of a tilting complex for these blocks, 
using Puig's construction of the stable equivalence for Frobenius 
actions.  Provides an example of an elementary tilting not as decribed by 
Okuyama, but using Schaps' extension in "Deformations, tiltings, and 
decomposition matrices.
