Abstract:  If Q is a group acting on a group G as a group of
automorphisms with finite orbits, denote by C_*(G)^Q the subcomplex
of the bar complex C_*(G) consisting of Q-invariant chains.  We
study the homology of the complex C_*(G)^Q.
