Paper: On the homotopy cofibre spectrum of K(R) --> G(R)

Abstract: The natural map of K-spectra K(R) --> G(R) fits into 
a homotopy cofibre sequence K(R) --> G(R) --> K(wA) where 
wA is the Waldhausen category of bounded chain complexes 
over the category of finitely presented modules mod R with weak 
equivalences being stable quasi-isomorphisms.
