The aim of this checklist is to enhance your situation awareness. You can use this checklist as part of the operational planning stage, or might use the checks just before you get into your tractor.
The following factors are all issues that might compromise situation awareness, you can tick if the risk is present or not.
Where you have indicated a risk is present some positive actions on how to deal with that issue will pop up at the end of the checklist.
