Goatboaters on tour - Rules of the road

Think we should set out some ground rules.

1.  If at anytime you find yourself unidentified by either AUCC branded clothing or a Scotland flag you must shout Aber-fucking-deen.  Just incase anyone doesn't know who we are.

2.  If it skips it gets surfed.

3.  No Shaving, we're on holiday!

4.  Shorts wherever possible.  Wearing trousers is a sign of weakness.

5.  If you find yourself on a beach with a hot dutch girl who wants to have sex.  Make sure you have a condom with you.

6.  Everything goes in the logbook!

Feel free to add....
Well I won't sit down and I won't shut up.  But most of all I will not grow up.

You missed the standard Tour Rules:
1/ All swimmers must show their gratitude and pennance by purchasing a bottle(s) of plonk to be consumed with the evening meal by the team.
2/ Minimum spend on plonk must exceed 5 Euro/bottle.
3/ River Guides/Leaders never buy their own drinks.

The correct encouragement to shout to a paddler is:
"Le donnez wellez"

The correct description after succesfully negotiating that arse clenching fall is:
"Une morceau de pissoir"

When it all goes horribly wrong, the term is:
"Merde!"

Lady & Gents

Wish you all the best on tour - one rule that is really important is to remember to drive on the right on the continent (i.e. drivers side to the kerb!)

Get that wrong and it can really muck up your trip.
